Mobile Home Listings USA is a free-to-list marketplace for mobile and manufactured homes, with listings from owners, dealers and parks.
Where the listings come from
Most homes on this site are posted by the people who own them or have the right to sell them: private owners, retail dealers, and park managers. Some listings are written up by our team from public Facebook Marketplace posts. Those restate the seller's facts in our own words, leave out the seller's name and phone number, and carry a View on Facebook link so you contact the seller where they posted. If one is based on your post and you want it changed or removed, contact us.
Free to list, no commission
Owners can list a mobile home for free, and buyers contact them directly. We take no cut of the sale. Sellers who want more views can buy a one-time Premium listing that puts the home at the top of search for 90 days. Dealers can create a dealer profile, and park managers can contact us about a free park page.
What we are not
We are a listing site, not a dealer, broker, lender, or inspector. We don't inspect homes or hold deposits. Before you buy, see the home in person, check the HUD label and title, and ask the park whether it must approve a new owner. Read our terms of service for the details.
